Individual Counseling

• Initial Intake Session: $100 — Your first session is an opportunity to share your concerns, discuss goals, and begin building a personalized plan for therapy.

• Ongoing Sessions: $85 — Continued individual sessions focus on skill-building, insight, and lasting behavioral change.

Couples Counseling

• Initial Intake Session: $140 — A collaborative session for partners to explore relationship dynamics, set goals, and create a roadmap for growth.

• Ongoing Sessions: $125 — Follow-up sessions provide guidance, communication tools, and strategies to strengthen your relationship.

At Novum Counseling & Wellness, payment is due at the time of your session and can be made by credit/debit card online through Simple Practice.

Novum operates as a private-pay practice.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a required document that provides uninsured and self-pay clients with an upfront projection of the estimated costs for counseling services. This notice is informational only and is not a contract.

At Novum Counseling & Wellness, a GFE will be provided within three business days of scheduling your session. Please note that insurance is not accepted at this time, but the GFE helps you plan for your counseling services with transparency and clarity.

All sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. Payment is due at the time of service. For questions about insurance, sliding scale options, or payment plans, please contact us directly.

1. Requesting Your Health Care Records

   • You have the right to request a copy of your health care records. To request records, email alexaybarra@novum-counseling.com or calling 806-414-8036. Please include your full name, date of birth, contact information, and the records requested. You can also deliver your written request in person at your next appointment with your therapist.
